The day after Jed and I were married, we decided it might be a good idea to see what our child might look like. Thankfully, the Luxor had a very scientific machine to show us. I'm not sure if it is a girl or a boy, but here it is!!!!
I'm not sure if we want kids anymore...
Welcome to your last year in your 20s!
I have been in an obsessive picture scanning mood lately. I'm trying to better organize all my prehistoric, pre-digicam pics and since I've been told I don't make enough use of my site, I thought this would be a great forum to post some gems I have found along the way.
Please feast your eyes on this....my first boyfriend, Charlie. We were in 7th grade and exhibit all the telltale signs of a meaningful, deep connection, destined to last around 2 months, most notably, my reluctance to stand near him. This is strange as I am not, and never have been, shy.
Also of particular interest to me is my hair. Anni used to call me 'mushroom cloud head" and I think this illustrates why.
Dear Mom - I hold YOU responsible for this. Why didn't you ever teach me the value of anti-frizz gel, hair straighteners or ANYTHING that could control that mess? I recently got together for a brunch with some girls from my high school. One of the first things one of them said to me while we were reminiscing was, "you had really frizzy hair".
I am happy to report that as I moved on to 8th grade, my hair got longer and the frizz calmed a bit. A bit. We'll discuss in the next post, which will feature another stunning picture of yours truly.
